Appointment Reminder SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

This is a contract between you and TIC. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Text "TIC" to 87555 to sign up to receive appointment reminder text messages from The Iowa Clinic. By providing your phone number and opting in, you are consenting to receive texts, including automated texts, to that number. User may opt-in to the short code program via keyword “TIC”. After signing up, you will receive a text message from 87555 on your mobile number. Message frequency may vary.

You can cancel this service at any time. To discontinue receiving appointment reminder SMS messages from The Iowa Clinic, text STOP to 87555. After you send the message STOP, you will receive a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.

These appointment reminders are a separate program from the appointment confirmation, check-in and post appointment survey text messages you may receive. If you do not wish to continue receiving the confirmation, check-in or survey messages, you can reply “STOP” to any of those messages to opt out.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 87555. After you send the message HELP, you will receive a response with instructions on how to use our service, including how to unsubscribe. For additional help, contact webadmin@iowaclinic.com or call 515.875.9100.

Compatible carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Alltel (Verizon Wireless), U.S. Cellular, Cellular One, MetroPCS, ACS/Alaska, Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central Illinois, Centennial Wireless, Cox Communications, EKN/Appalachian Wireless, GCI, Illinois Valley Cellular, Immix/Keystone Wireless, Inland Cellular, Nex-Tech Wireless, Rural Cellular Corporation, Thumb Cellular, United Wireless, West Central (WCC), Cellcom, C Spire Wireless CellSouth, Cricket, Cincinnati Bell and Virgin Mobile®. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
