High-Performance Networks
What is a high performance network? The employer designs their benefit health plan to incentivize employees with a lower copay to see an Iowa Clinic provider. If an employee chooses to see a provider outside of The Iowa Clinic, the employee will pay a higher copay. The Iowa Clinic has been a leader in the State of Iowa in terms of Wellmark’s Value Index Score (VIS), a measure of quality and outcomes since 2014.
